Refund policy

At Khumali Crafts India, we take pride in our handmade, artisanal products. Since each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of their unique charm and are not considered defects.

Returns: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@khumalicrafts.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
