Where We Ship We currently ship to all states and union territories across India, including remote and rural pin codes wherever courier services are available.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. For handmade-to-order or customized items, processing may take 5–7 business days. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities and major towns are typically served faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website.
Packaging All our products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use protective materials suited to the fragile and artisanal nature of our crafts.
Damaged or Lost Shipments In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@khumalicrafts.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Khumali Crafts India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
