1. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every product at Khumali Crafts India is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of each piece's unique charm.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5–8 business days. Handmade-to-order items may take 5–7 additional business days to process.
3. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations soon.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@khumalicrafts.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
